Four Seasons San Francisco is probably one of the best ways to experience San Francisco — especially these days, when the city itself feels strangely half-empty and a little asleep. The views from the hotel are absolutely spectacular. Honestly, the best sightseeing tour in San Francisco may simply be to stay at this hotel, go up to your room, and look at the city from above. From the upper floors, you get a breathtaking 360-degree feeling of San Francisco: the bay, the skyline, the hills, the bridges, and all the beauty that still makes this city unique. The location is very convenient, the service is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience once you are upstairs is excellent. The moment you enter a bright room on a high floor and see San Francisco through the window, your mood changes completely. If the city looks a little tired from the street, from the Four Seasons it suddenly becomes cinematic again. There are, however, a few strange details. The restaurant downstairs is rather limited, with a modest menu, and the ground floor, including the reception area, feels quite dark and gloomy — almost as if the hotel is trying to test your optimism before rewarding you with the view upstairs. The first impression downstairs is not as inspiring as the hotel deserves. My advice: do not have breakfast downstairs. Order breakfast to your room, sit by the window, and enjoy the view. That is where the hotel becomes truly special. Some service details are also a little surprising. For example, if you want to celebrate something around noon, you may discover that the bartender only starts working at 3 p.m. Apparently, even cocktails in San Francisco now need a late start. But these are small details compared with the main advantage of the hotel: the view is simply outstanding. Once you are in your room, looking out over San Francisco, it b

The restaurant and services at the ground floor. Not cozy restaurant with lack of services

After a disappointing experience at another property where a strong musty, moldy odor immediately triggered chronic migraines and allergies for both my son and me, we quickly booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Embarcadero through Amex Platinum—and what a difference. Without even asking, we were upgraded to two spectacular rooms on the 44th floor with breathtaking views of San Francisco. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and smelled fresh and inviting. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, creating a truly comfortable and luxurious stay. The beds were exceptional, and as someone who loves feather pillows, I can honestly say I had the best night's sleep of our entire trip. Every request was handled flawlessly, from breakfast service with our wonderful waiter Alex to drinks at the bar and attentive housekeeping. The Four Seasons Embarcadero turned a stressful situation into an unforgettable stay. On future trips to San Francisco, this will be the only hotel we consider.
