Great location but service is lacking.

Location was great. Comfortable and clean. Quiet.

Staff were functional in their interactions rather than exceptionally helpful, for example, I was told directions to the lobby then to my room with three pieces of luggage rather than helped to the lift. Gym was the worst aspect, it is an external facility and the gym treated me as a temporary nuisance because I’m not a member of the club. Even repeatedly asking me “are you a member?”. Hotel interior felt dated.

El hotel, la habitación, el cuarto de baño . El late check out

Las instalaciones de spa están en un gimnasio abierto al público con mucho bullicio, no hay jacuzzi , la piscina es para hacer deporte y está fría.. No es un sitio relajante y tranquilo

Food and hospitality were great

Poor access for handicapped guests to get to the pool Considering the cost to stay at the hotel, management should invest in better toilet paper. The one currently provided is horrible
