I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the staff, location and quality was.

Location. Friendly staff. Complementary water and coffee station in the morning. Clean rooms. Maid service. Beautiful historic building. Check in and check out time. Security on the elevators. Hotel made me feel at home.

Would like food choices that offer more variety. I wasnt always in the mood for the full service restaurant. Things like pastries and bagels for breakfast. Sandwiches and appetizers options for lunch and dinner. I had to leave the hotel for breakfast and some evenings.

Good hotel for quiet weekend away stay

Good location in Financial district - 15 mins walk to Ferry Terminal & same to North Beach. Comfortable bed, good shower & hot water pressure. Lots of outlets & good desk to work. Great bathrobes Staff friendly & helpful.

Looks bit tired. Food places nearby closed on weekends
