The staff were very kind and helpful when I needed to move rooms because I was coughing. Firstly they moved me rooms because there was no window in the room. The second room they moved me into I was coughing. There was mould in the bathroom and if you read other reviews, people have had the same experience.

The mould, the lack of ventilation, the heavy energy, the beds were uncomfortable. Also, I requested a refund for one night which I thought was very reasonable. I was told by the staff that this would be honoured and I had to do this through Booking.com. I called booking.com who told me to go ahead and book another place (which I did). I relied on this advice, and then Booking.com then DENIED my refund and said the property didn't agree (and completely changed their position). I have been a loyal customer for a long time of Booking.com and i thought I was being reasonabel asking only for 1 night's refund, not two, after I was clearly getting sick in this hotel - something other people have mentioned.

Loved the room and all the cool artwork displayed all over the hotel. Always a delicious breakfast with fruit, juice, coffee, and three choices of breakfast on top of that. It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
