Location was perfect , Accomodation was fantastic.

The spa where we had a massage was exorbitantly expensive. I would not recommend the property just because if this, we were not told the price before, and once presented the bill were not in a position to query it. It was 10x more expensive than anywhere else.

The property is beautiful and clean

The staff at the reception. We were received by a lady named Andrea. She had an attitude throughout. My partner wanted to make a contactless payment and she snobbishly responds “ We don’t do that here”. We didn’t understand their process as they required things we didn’t have to provide at the hotel we previously stayed at. She was unhelpful and rude. Don’t want to go into the depths of the difficulty we faced. Luckily we asked to speak to the manager. She was kind and helped us out in the end.
