One&Only Palmilla, Los Cabos

One & Only never disappoints! I go all in when I travel & can be finicky. This was my second time at the property & second time staying in a Casita Suite, but first time with one of my children (I have 4). The room, the little details in the room (little gifts & aromatherapy oil of choice burning at turndown, children’s slippers, toothbrush & robe, fresh fruit, incense to burn, on & on). The Butlers were always 10 steps ahead, if not 50! The room service is 5 star, the spa is 5 star, really everything is. The gift shop, restaurant, amenities…. At this point it’s safe to say, One & Only is a brand that I feel is so consistent that I truly feel comfortable booking at any one of their locations around the world. It’s gives you a family vacation that you don’t need a vacation from after! IYKYK. As far as the resort catering to my child, true story, he met so many wonderful children & begged to go to the kids club to see them all and play. From the moment we stepped foot in the property he was treated like a little prince, they greeted him with a wonderful Muslin bag filled with so many goodies - Kids club hat, shirt, water bottle. It clearly felt like his little private world & really the resort makes sure that the kids feel part of the entire resort experience. The first time was a girls trip & honestly I don’t know which one was better, because they both were equally amazing. Truly 5 stars for their kids program & our experiences this week! To the manager, who was truly an angel, and my butlers in room 2218, Thank you, with all my heart! You made this trip unbelievably special for my son & I.
