Easy to check-in. Able to check-in before time.

EXTREMELY dirty. The floors were filthy, with hair left behind by previous guests, including the bathroom floor. The blankets were disgusting and clearly had been used by countless people without being properly cleaned. There was even a brown stain on one of them that I’m 100% sure was feces. The staff was unfriendly, and when I politely asked for a fresh blanket, they seemed hesitant before eventually sending me a clean one. The pillows were equally disgusting, and one of them had red stains that looked like blood. The entire place feels poorly maintained and unhygienic. On top of everything, the bedroom smelled like a terrible mix of curry and cigarette smoke. On top of that, the staying was EXPENSIVE!!! Do not stay here if you care about cleanliness and basic hygiene. This was a truly disgusting experience.

Blanket and pillow cases were dirty, receptionist refused to change them. I got a rash on my whole body the next morning. No idea what I slept on.

everything else including hotel front desk personnel (Lady) was unacceptable. Room was terrible 😔
