Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott San Jose Airport

The room was simple,cozy, and comfortable. I liked the window curtain design. The breakfast was fresher than I usually have experienced before, and it had a very good variety. There was ample parking for their many buildings. I enjoyed the hot tub. The overall atmosphere was beautiful. I'm also always a fan of 12 pm checkout times!

Nothing major at all - if I grasped at anything it would be that the conditioner wasn't filled in the shower, but that was the only inconvenience or issue. It was a little difficult at first to find the right driveway to enter since there's a tall hotel in front of it.

Check in took a long time. I was charged a $30 fee which I don’t even know if I got back. Then I was charged for parking, then at check out the guy at counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing and was trying to charge me for parking again. I still haven’t received my receipt or invoice of what I was charged an it has been 5 days since check out. Don’t think I would stay here again.

The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Good breakfast and coffee.
