Hotel und Personal ist weiterempfehlenswert

Wir hatten eine Reservierung mit Frühstück. Hotel zog genau den vereinbarten Betrag von Kreditkarte ein. Im nächsten Schritt kam eine neue Rechnung für das Frühstück ca 25$ höher. Auf mein Protestschreiben kam keine Entschuldigung... Es wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Wenn das die übliche Kundenbetreuung ist, dann kann ich nur vor diesem Geschäftsgebaren warnen.

I loved almost everything about the property. The surrounding were beautiful. The mansion was to die for. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

My room was just steps from the jacuzzi. The kids were playing in it early in the morning. I wished they were giving tours more often.

the place itself is great, and the pool is amazing. they were having a couple of different weddings there, which was very fun to watch the wedding parties walking around. I actually really loved the place.

it took FORTY-FIVE MINUTES to check in. The "system was down", so the girl at the front desk was sending other workers off to "check the rooms" to find us a room. Multiple times they came back and said, "no there are suitcases in there", which made me think they were going in to other people's rooms. do they not have a better back up system? It took so long to check in, that by the time I got to the swimming pool, I had five minutes before they closed it and was unable to swim. I did swim the next day. The thing that really upset me was that the lady in front of me, it also took a very long time for them to check her in, and they gave her a discount on her room. They did NOT give one to me. I asked for one, the girl said no. I asked if they could comp me breakfast at least, she said no. The breakfast costs $30 by the way, all they had to do to keep me happy was give a little. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY VACATION TIME to sit there and wait, literally 45 minutes. I am a patient person, but come on, comp me something for all the trouble. My kids missed playing with their soccer buddies (which is why we were all staying there) because by the time we got checked in, everyone was going in for the night. When I asked the next morning if that was typical of the hotel, they told me it happens every few months. Again, no offer to give me a discount or comp my breakfast. So I would not recommend this hotel. too bad, because the place itself is pretty cool.

Good location. Has a heated pool. Espresso drinks at breakfast.

Basic rooms, but good quality. Breakfast is very basic.
