Holiday Inn Express & Suites - San Jose Silicon Valley by IHG

Not much.

The hallways are littered with trash. The staff didn’t answer calls from the hotel room. I had to change from pajamas to go down to the front desk and found him sitting there. And yet he had the gall to tell me with a nonchalant straight face that he was too busy to answer the phone calls - and I called three times! I could tell he didn’t give a damn and he was lying. I don’t understand how the shitty hotel got an 8.5 rating, which was what fooled me into booking them. I feel compelled to write this review based on my actual experience so future guests don’t fall into the same trap. Avoid it like a plague!

La calidad de los materiales en la habitación, la decoración simple y elegante! Es muy acogedor.

La ubicación y el parqueo es muy compacto.

The location is close to a lot of places to eat, which is nice. The hotel is newer, and the rooms are larger and very nice. I would stay here again.

I think the breakfast should be offered until 10a-1030a, like other hotels. Their breakfast ends at 930a, and I just happened to sleep in that morning, while I was on a short vacation or getaway. and missed it.

How close it was from our family home.
