Mostly Good
I’m currently staying at this property. The beginning of my stay started off kinda rough. I arrived at 2pm and was told by the front desk lady that they upgraded my room but it wasn’t ready. She did offer a standard room that was ready at the time but I elected to wait for my upgraded room after she said it would only be about another hour before it would be ready and that they would send me a text when it was in fact ready. 4pm comes around and I still had not received a text so I went back to the front desk to check on the status. A different front desk person said oh yes, my room was indeed ready. Got my keys and headed up to a…..standard room. So I wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for an upgraded room that never came to be. The rest of the stay has been pleasant enough. The valet has been very efficient, and housekeeping and done a great job. The M Lounge is decent enough but could really offer more of a variety when it comes to breakfast - every day it’s been the same choice of scrambled eggs, potato wedges, bacon, and sausage. The location of the hotel is good with many dining options nearby. It’s also 12 minutes to the airport where I was working this week which was very convenient.
