My family and I would call this little hotel a gem. My parents house is about 20 minutes away (about 1 hour with traffic) and it was the perfect spot to get to and from. This will be our preferred choice of stay when we got back to the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo. Couldn’t be happier. It was nice and clean, and most importantly, our rooms were all clean and the air conditioning was awesome. Nice and cool.

The staff were very helpful in helping us where to go get money exchange and getting transportation.

Conveniently located. Very good that they have ample private guarded parking space. The room was nice, with a superb mattress on the bed, but a few details should be addressed. Breakfast service is great and in general the staff is very friendly and customer service-oriented.

The room needs some attention, like a broken toilet seat and non-funcioning iron. The most annoying was the loud talking of maintenance staff at all hours just outside our room.

Staff at hotel was great food was good but basic.

Shuttle service was a taxi that drove crazy and then requested 40 dollars and had no change for dominican peso thus it cost me 70 dollars this is the usual DR carry on.. I booked the hotel for the Shuttle service which does not exist .. if the hotel says it has a Shuttle service with additional fees then it should charge at hotel and not leave the customer to deal with corrupt taxi drivers
