The property was good , clean rooms , excellent location.

My experience was horrible due to a very bad experience with a worker there. I have stayed at different Hyatt locations and have never encountered an arrogant extremely rude employee. I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated.

Very modern and clean. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Would prefer an included breakfast. Coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was attentive and polite.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location is very convenient. We took the 1 Line directly from the airport, and the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the view from the higher floors was beautiful. Most of the city's main tourist attractions are also within a 20-minute walk.

The room's hallway was a bit narrow, and even in a four-person room, it was difficult to accommodate three people's luggage comfortably. Although the bathroom has a separate shower area, the glass partition only covers half of the shower entrance, so water can easily splash out. It would also be great if breakfast were included in the stay. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unstable and disconnected from time to time.
