Booking sucks and the self check in with no luggage storage sucks and the communication was zero I am going to tell everyone I know don’t use booking

Good location and comfortable beds

Good location, places to eat, have breakfast and coffee nearby. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Only one seat for sitting to eat at the kitchen area. We had some poor communication using the app about the coffee machine. Took over 24hrs to resolve an issue with would have been resolved in seconds if we had onsite staff. We also were advised there was luggage storage, which there is, however this is first come, first serve, and there are only 2 lockers for large cases, we had to find and pay for an alternative place and pay for this. All of these things are small, and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
