Well Appointed Roosevelt Studio

Getting in the building was easy and the instructions were clear. Using the elevator? Not so much. It would be nice to have deatiled instructions as WHERE TO TAP THE KEY TO ACCESS THE 6TH FLOOR. Hauling luggage up the hot stairwell is not fun. The apartment is cute. It needs to be painted pretty badly. The vents need a good cleaning. I only had decaf coffee available. Did they partner with the coffee shop downstairs so we'd be forced to buy coffee every morning? That was a bummer. Why make us bring our own roku stick? Just get a cable box and give us a usable tv. Who travels with a tv stick? The bed is a little low and could be higher. It was a bit hard to relax in the room when i did have some downtime during my stay.

Hosts were flexible with my changing schedule between flights and hospital visits. Perfect size for my 1 year old and myself. The apartment was stocked well and allowed for cooking/laundry which was very much appreciated. Would definatwly stay again.

Parking was hard to find at times, and getting all of our belongings to the studio was a little rough with being on the 6th floor and no hand cart or luggage carrier to help bring bags in. Besides that the stay itself was wonderful. The owners were very communicative and we're on top of making sure are stay was as comfortable, enjoyable, and we didn't have any problems. The studio was very cute comfortable and for the most part clean. The bathroom floor was needing some more detailed cleaning but by eye sight it looked clean just noticable when walking around in my socks. Other then that I had a wonderful stay and it was up to my standards. I would totally rent it again when in town.

The accommodations were top notch, and really comfortable for my son and me. Very convenient location to stores, close to UW, and right across street from light rail station. Next time I’ll not rent a car because it’s not really needed with all the transit options. I’ll stay here again for sure!
