Friendly staff, restaurant on site, lots to do for the kids on/near the property.

Feels like this whole place needed some love, cleaning and maintenance, our room was placed on ground floor, it had a very very very moldy smell that was giving me a headache and couldn’t barely sleep at all during night. Positive side, staff was very friendly and very quiet.

The staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast options and you can also eat dinner there too. Nice garden to walk around. We were impressed as they offer a shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland. They also offer to take you back to Pudong airport. Highly recommend.

This is amazing place to stay. We love it. The staffs are very helpful and canteen food is good value for the money. They provided local food for each meal. There is a huge size bed, so very comfortable to sleep. The garden is beautiful, it's so green. The only one things is a room size little small. There is no enough space to store suitcases. But the environment around the hotel is beautiful.
