Hideaway Haven, The Cute Place To Put Up Your Feet

Location was excellent and host was friendly and attentive. Bed was big enough and comfy. Bathroom was fine. You need to be fit though as there are a lot of steps to get to your room, which gives the views on the way up, but none from your actual room.

On the surface the accommodation seemed fine, but in reality it's pretty tired and needs refurbishment. It also needs a really good deep clean.

Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy on street parking. Michael, the host was extremely accommodating and keen to please.

The accommodation is accessed via 57 steps - so not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

Breakfast was not included. There was a comfortable futon bed. However, not easy to get on or out of for a guest my age. The host was very hospitable and generous.

The blind over the only entry door had to be drawn to ensure privacy which meant I had a mild sense of claustrophobia. Not ideal for me. The access to the unit was via 50odd steep steps. There was also a rail carriage but that was not encouraged.
