Great location with the amenities of an apartment complex and a great fitness center.

Great location (very close to my conference venue on water street), great gym facilities, and excellent in-unit amenities. The units are set up as studio apartments with washer/dryer, full sink, coffee maker and bean grinder (beans provided), and a small dishwasher. Made even my very short visit to Tampa easier, but would have been especially great for a 3-4 night+ stay.

One side of the elevator buttons didn't function (as I realized after waiting 5 minutes). Otherwise, no complaints.

Disappointing

Good location, but be aware that this part of downtown Tampa has a lot of activity and can be noisy at night. Mattress was really good. Pool and it’s lounging area looked really nice.

Room was small and tight for the price. Lots of street noise at night. Shower was almost unusable due to the sudden scalding and then lukewarm temperatures over and over. Staff at the front were never welcoming and avoided looking up from the screens.
