The place itself was fine, however I would never book with this host again. I originally booked a different listing from them that lied about the size of the unit. Once I realized this, the host was extremely unhelpful and would not give me a refund or resolution despite the host lying about the bed situation in the listing. It wasn't until I recommended I book a different unit with them that the host agreed to refund my original booking. Horrible customer service and money hungry host that clearly owns a lot of rentals in Tokyo. Just book a hotel.

Condo Unit: Spacious and good quality. One critique is that there isn't a table in each room. Cleanness: It's largely okay, although dirty toiletry from previous tenant remained. Floor's not too clean. Neighbourhood: It's close to a police station so super safe. It's about 5-10 minute walk from shopping street and Togoshi subway station. Transportation: It's right on Toei-Asakusa Line and a short distance from Oimachi line. Major Tokyo places like Asakusa, Oshiage, and Shibuya can easily be reached via Toei-Asakusa line. Oimachi line can take you to Shinagawa districts also with a comparable selection of malls and shops but with way less tourists. North/South Buses are available right at the major interaction nearby which can be used as a quick way to get to Gotanda (also has lots of shops) if you don't want to walk to subway station Airport Logistics: Narita express can be ridden right on the Togoshi station. Haneda can be reached by going to Sengakuji station. Some restrictions: Check-out is at 10am and non-negotiable. There is no scale to weigh luggages. Make sure to buy a portable scale from Don Quijote (there's one near Gotanda station) Communications: Somewhat confusing. You do get the full condo with all rooms to yourself, but wording can make it sound like it's just one room. Entry instructions not precise. It should be (1) Unlock main door using keypad (2) Enter code in lockbox at room door, (3) Pry open box at front. Ignore mailbox downstairs altogether.
