We found the communication between staff members was poor, although some staff members were very helpful. The hotel has an odd feeling as reception is on the second floor.

Loved the location which was walking distance to Canada Place. The restaurant on the second floor for breakfast was very good. All staff from valet, front desk, room steward and restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive.

The room was not well lighted and the layout was strange - there was a couch i an alcove that couldn't see the TV and you couldn't read because there were no lights. Also, prefer a closet and not an exposed hanging. I expected a view being on the top floor but my view was of a 6 foot stone wall!
