Nice place to stay. Over priced, but this is Vancouver!

Location and hotel staff were great. Rooms were modern and clean.

Bathroom tank making loud noises when toilet flushed or shower used. We could even hear the next room which woke us up! Pipes and tank making loud screeching noises. Also lumpy beds - not a 5 star hotel.

We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel, it was fantastic. We went for breakfast and lunch. The staff was always so gracious and kind. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely come back!

The location of the EXchange Hotel was perfect for my trip. An easy walk from the train station and to the cruise port. I was upgraded upon check-in to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spotless, modern and just what I needed for my one night stay.
