Signature City Charm Furnished 3BR

It was wonderful to have parking. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Even our 2 teens had enough room for relaxing. It would've been nice to have 1 more extra blanket and cushions for the patio furniture. Even these were easy to overlook as we enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to all Vancouver has to offer.

Some of the furniture were broken. The main window blinds were broken and we literally couldn’t see outside. It was obvious that these were broken for a long time, but the owner was claiming that they were broken by previous guest. Despite indicating that soap and shampoo are provided, There were a minuscule amount of hand soap. When I asked for this, the owner said that it is my responsibility to go and shop for these items. The property was too hot in the evenings and there is no AC in the unit; it was really intolerable. There are people downstairs; not sure if it was from them, but when we had to open the windows to deal with the heat, we had to tolerate smoking and cannabis smell all the time.

Very clean property with all the amenities one would require. Highly recommend.

Nice stay, generally very quiet except for some expected traffic, but overall felt safe and easy access to public transit. Many restaurants nearby walking distance. Host communication was detailed and fast. Would stay here again.

The property had no blinds in the living area, my kids and I were exposed to different people staring into the unit thus making us unsafe. It’s a so-called self cleaning unit, yet no cleaning supplies were provided in the unit. False advertising of providing an iron and a board was also seen, as none of these was in the property, until I had to request for same. Overall, my experience in this property was terrible. I hope Expedia is more careful in putting up such properties on their platform.
