Belle chambre impeccable, spacieuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut d'essentiel. Situation calme, tout proche du centre et des transports publiques.

Good location. Modern, clean style

There was only one bath towel for the 2 of us,...we mentioned it, and we were told housekeeping will fix it / make sure we get two towels, but it did not happen, and next day again we got only 1 bath towel! Reception is very limited, no staff after 5pm, if you need anything you can't reach anybody and have to wait till next day. Breakfast is nice but the area is very cramped. The outdoor car park, charged at 25 Swiss Francs / Day, only works if you have a small/medium sized car, but is virtually impossible to use with a bigger car. Reception told us "We often receive this complaint/comment" but nothing is mentioned about this limitation in the booking / hotel information of this limitation, basically you find out when it's too late. For the rather high price they are charging per, these issues are not acceptable.

Localização excelente. Bom tamanho de quarto, café da manhã bom. 0 fato de ter ar condicionado fez importante diferença. Custo benefício excelente! Voltaríamos!
